When there’s no electricity, many things we can’t do. All the electrical appliances will not be able to function. When this happens, we can only rely on candles and torchlights to give us light. This photo was taken when there’s a blackout at my area. I just realised that it’s on the night of my sister’s birthday last year hahaha… Took tonnes of photos and this is the only one turned out OK.

I’m sure all of us know that when we will be down with flu, fever or cough. So? How are you going to stop it from coming when you feel so? Usually the signs are headache, fatigue, and aching body. I found out this tip, it’s pretty interesting, no wonder my teacher always told us to eat lots of vitamin C when we feel that way.
Just eat a whole large orange once every hour, as well as drink at least 4 ounces of water. By the end of the day, what could’ve been a week long cold/flu may be entirely cured.
WOW! Whole large orange once every hour, hmm… one day 24 hours, so means we must have at least 20 oranges with us! Hahaha…

Can you feel the cold? This was taken in the morning from the window of First World Hotel at Genting Highlands. It wasn’t that cold but when you see such view, you will thought that it would be very cold as it’s way up there on the mountain, in the cloud!

Heart disease is one of the killers of mankind nowadays. I’m sure many of us know of someone with this problem. How to keep your heart healthy? One way is by watching TV. What? I know you will ask this but wait till you read further.
Every time you walk into or out of your TV room, do make a promise to do 20 (you can change this number) press ups or sit ups. It sounds strange but I know some people have been doing this and have seen a difference.
Besides that, you can workout in front of your TV, then it won’t be so boring.
Exercise is good for your heart.

The cloud… Love the clouds! It’s like you are inside the cloud don’t you think? In fact, you are! This is one attractions of Genting Highlands. If you can see the evening sky, it’s going to be really breathtaking! Too bad it was a rainy evening when we were there. Looking at this picture, it feels like you are far away from home, you can’t see your home, it’s too far away to be seen.
This was taken in the morning from the window of First World Hotel at Genting Highlands before we headed for breakfast.

Found this very interesting recipe for making your own lipgloss which is totally free from harmful chemical. It’s all made from things that are edible. This yummilicious cranberries lipgloss recipe is suggested by the US National Honey Board.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of honey
1 drop of vitamin E oil
1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil
10 fresh cranberries
Instructions:
1. Mix the honey and oil together in a pot with low heat until it reaches to the brink of boiling.
2. Stir cranberries into the mixture and remove from heat.
3. Gently crush and mix the cranberries until they are lukewarm.
4. Strain and pour the mixture into a small container or empthy lipblam tube before it cools.
DONE! You got your very own yummy lipgloss and I’m sure your kisser will be gald that he’s kissing something edible *LOL*
Did you know you can recycle your empty lipgloss bottle for this?
