If you have abnormal heart rhythm, you must go to see the doctor immediately because if Sudden Cardiac Arrest is not treated within 4 to 6 minutes, it can be fatal.

I’m sure many of us are quite lazy in exercising. It’s not good, it’s bad. Without exercise and healthy lifestyle, you will be at very high risk. So how to get your lazy bum up and going? You definitely cannot work out too much during the start. You must start slowly and build up the momentum as time goes by.

You can start by walking block by block to build up your stamina. Start from one block and later when you are fitter or with more stamina, you can increase the number of blocks in your neighbourhood. You can also opt for running and apply the same concept.

Hope this will help you attain a healthier and better lifestyle. I should get my lazy bum up also Hahaha…

I’m sure all of us know that when we will be down with flu, fever or cough. So? How are you going to stop it from coming when you feel so? Usually the signs are headache, fatigue, and aching body. I found out this tip, it’s pretty interesting, no wonder my teacher always told us to eat lots of vitamin C when we feel that way.

Just eat a whole large orange once every hour, as well as drink at least 4 ounces of water. By the end of the day, what could’ve been a week long cold/flu may be entirely cured.

WOW! Whole large orange once every hour, hmm… one day 24 hours, so means we must have at least 20 oranges with us! Hahaha…

Every time you walk into or out of your TV room, do make a promise to do 20 (you can change this number) press ups or sit ups. It sounds strange but I know some people have been doing this and have seen a difference.

Besides that, you can workout in front of your TV, then it won’t be so boring.

Exercise is good for your heart.

I wear contact lenses, sometimes applying eye makep-up is a bit of hassle because I’m worry that it might hurt/irritate my eyes especially the mascara and the eyeliner. Here are some tips that I found quite useful:

1. I read somewhere before that you must apply your make-up first before you wear your contact lenses. This is dead WRONG! It’s not logical at all! You should wear your contact lenses first before you apply your eye make-up because if you don’t, how are you going to put your contact lenses in later with all the mascaras and eyeliners?

2. Apply less make-up to your eyes as it will irritate your eyes.

3. Use eye make-up that is fragrance-free and free from any oil.

4. Use non-oil-based mascara, which is also waterproof. This will prevent any chances of flaking. Oh dear… I just bought of new mascara that I don’t think it’s waterproof… I forgot to check about it before buying.

5. Be sure to replace your old mascara and eye make-up with fresh stock every 6 months. This will help in preventing contamination. Hmmm… I didn’t practice this though This is bad! There’s no way I can replace my eye shadows every 6 month right? I don’t think it includes eye shadows. As for mascara and eyeliner, I’m aware of it.
