Guess what’s this? Will you eat it?
The colour is so striking. You can find this a lot in Japanese restaurants.
It’s called Tobiko. One of my favourite especially if it’s placed on the sushi.

Japanese is very particular about their food presentation, it’s a type of art to them. The presentation is so skillful that sometimes you just don’t feel like eating them because it’s too beautiful to eat. I called this a work of art that is edible. Yummy… *DROOL*
