Photo Friday: Fuzzy

February 29th, 2008 · 4 Comments

I love the fuzzy background! How to achieve it? It’s all luck. It’s all the work of mother nature, nothing technical at all. Hahaha… I was using my macro mode to shoot this plant with the insect on top, the wind was quite strong and the natural lighting was sufficient. Therefore I pointed to the plant and the insect, zoomed and sanpped! Done! The plants at the backgound were swaying due to the wind. In fact the object I’m focusing was also swaying but because of the sufficient natural lighting, the object didn’t turn out that fuzzy. That’s how the fuzzy effect was produced. Nothing technical. Hahaha… You don’t need anything fancy to achieve the effect.

flower, plants, flora, fauna, nature, insect
