Air/sun-dried noodle somewhere in Kuching. Instead of using an oven or modern equipment to dry the noodle, they just let it dries under the sun. Sometimes you can see birds flying around or perch on the platform and I’m sure on the noodles too. I’m sure many Kuchingites knows where this is. It was highlighted in newspapers before but oh well… We still eat them like there’s no tomorrow *LOL*
